They want you to download the app not save money but you have to individually clip every coupon. So you are not saving money or time. Removing your app from my phone and will not be shopping at your stores from now on. This is not the 1980's. Stop degrading me and anyone else that shops at your stores. If you have sales and someone uses your store they should be allowed to get the savings without clipping every coupon.

Kroger Company,I had the opportunity to work for Kroger Company and another retailer concurrently. There were polarizing differences of the two. The main difference is how I was treated at the other retailer was much better. My time at Kroger felt like it was never going to end. I my experience is valuable to the Kroger Company and how it treats their store associates and fosters a positive environment for them. The past three years, I have participated in the associate insight survey and all three years the Kroger Company has neglected to address the various concerns from store associates. I do not believe that the Kroger Company values their associates. From concerns ranging from micromanaging to lack of leadership, Kroger has a cultural problem. Simon Sinek once wrote “a culture is strong when people work with each other for each other. A culture is weak when people are working against each other.” At Kroger, it is evident there is no teamwork because of the weakness of the leadership and store management bonuses. It starts with the senior leadership to the store leadership. There are key differences between leadership and management. Companies manage things, leaders empower and take care of their associates. I have experienced that my former coworkers were working they didn’t care about, because they have no motivation. This caused undue stress on them, creating low morale amongst the enterprise. I encourage the most senior leadership of Kroger to look deep within themselves of how to treat their associates better.

I called in to report an issue I had regarding a pharmacy and pharmacist. This was a very long and drawn out 3 hours it took me just to be able to get to the correct department due to either the phone system did not work or Corporate has it set up to discourage people from calling for these reasons. When I was finally (after Several times calling) reported the issues I was experiencing. I was assured I would be contacted back for additional information. Well, Needless to say, I am glad I did not hold my breath. I guess they no longer address customer service issues.

Kroger has been in our family, 4 generations, on holidays we got together, mom, grandma, great when she was here, and myself. and shop for the holidays. But the Kroger at 1352 W 43rd St Houston, Tx 77018 has made us change. We can not get home delivery. One time the manager had to bring the groceries at 8:00 pm and another time groceries delivered to wrong address. On this issue I had to wait 10 days for it to go back to m card. In the mean time someone else was eating my groceries and I did not have the money to buy more. The commercial about Kroger brings families together, this is misleading. We have switched all our groceries need to HEB, have received several deliveries, with no issues.Thought you should know this.

I am always amused when I see Kroger ads on the TV about their produce department having "fresher than fresh" produce. My store on Highway 6 and Ft. Bend in Missouri City, TX. apparently did not get the message as the produce at this store is old and wilted. Of course not all of it but a great deal of it. Needed lettuce today and was going to get corn but decided not to.

This company doesn’t care or respect disabled customers at all. My local store in Pearland 8323 Broadway Cullen store blocks the handicapped access areas with shopping carts and electric carts and several of them piled up blocking the striped area for disabled customers to exit a handicapped vehicle. This was for over a hour and more and it was 3 access areas blocked. 3 handicap vans pull in and see they could exit and pull out and leave property completely. Lost sells there so I called store and spoke with a manager he said he would send someone immediately out. They came out moved two shopping carts and left went back inside the other areas never touched. I call 1800Krogers and spend 40 minutes on phone and the customer service supervisor hang up she said she didn’t care. I called store back and actually speak with store manager Mark which is a poor excuse of a manager. He actually thought I was someone else and tried to describe my vehicle which was not me. Because he said this person complained several times in past about carts. I asked for him to contact his district manager to call me he refused told me to contact 1800Krogers to get ahold of the district manager but they told me 1800 Kroger has no way to contact the district manager and doesn’t even know how it is. So the whole company seems not to care about the disabled in anyway because yes customer put the carts there but store is required by law to remove them out of the way. I will never ever shop them again ever and I’m taking everything we bought back and getting a refund and taking my business to H‑E‑B which is very helpful to the disabled customers

I just want to give a shout out to the meat department, specifically to John and a Brad at the Kroger at Northpark Drive and US Hwy 59 in Kingwood, Texas 77339. I went there to take my son who lives in Corpus Christi, Texas to buy a rib roast that was on sale. You all don’t have a store there and he comes here when he can and when your rib roast is on sale. Those two guys were great. John was truly professional and personable in meeting our requests. Brad was ready and willing to double wrap our roast so that water wouldn’t sweep in after filling the ice chest with ice for the several hour ride home.

Tried to call several times in regard to not getting my weekly Kroger ad in the mail. Could not get through to a single person.I worked for Kroger for 17 and a half years. The service has gotten terrible. Employees hate their jobs and it shows. Time to look at how to hire friendly employees and keep the weekly ads coming.

I have been shopping at the 1960 and Eldridge store since they opened. Everything was okay for the first few years after about 6 years it started to go downhill and it is never stopped. The food was not being rotated, floors were not cleaned and buffed and the equipment didn't seem to be maintained properly. I've seen old equipment that looks really good and that's due to proper maintenance. ANYWAYS I slipped and fell in the floral department because there was water on the floor. I lay on the floor for almost 10 minutes and nobody came to help me though I was asking for help. I finally get up and the manager comes in from outside after smoking. He asked me why I hadn't contacted him and I said I just got up off the floor and you just came in from outside after your smoke break. He wrote up the complaint and then corporate called me. Corporate basically blew it off said none of their cameras were working in that spot and that they were willing to give me $500.All I had asked for was $1,500 so I can go to the chiropractor for several sessions to get my back back in alignment. I could barely walk after the fall because I fell flat on my tailbone. It was very convenient that the only camera in the spot "where I fell" was not working.I did not ask for the money directly, I told them to make the check out to the doctor's office. At the time this chiropractic was well known in cyfair for working on athletes in the area. They were not expensive. The $1,500 was to cover 20 sessions Plus other therapies.Anyway, have all of you noticed all of their five star reviews are blank reviews. That "usually" means that people are just giving it five stars to boost the rating.I will be shopping elsewhere.

Except the produce department this Kroger store on West Gray in Houston has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on earth. No wonder HEB stores are always10 times busier than them. Especially the cashier TAM. She literally insulted one customer after another. SMH. I just go there to buy a few things then save the rest of my grocery list to shop at HEB because they appreciate my hard-earned money more.

Complaint line takes forever. Sterling Ridge pharmacist called to "verify" that we were transferring my husband's Rx to HEB. Excuse me? Do you think HEB would just call you up out of the blue and randomly request an Rx transfer? Get real! The Doctor called in these meds yesterday morning. They weren't ready last night. They STILL weren't not ready this morning. HE NEEDS THEM!!!!! He's told they won't be ready until this evening as they are "in process". Are you joking? Nope! Good customer service would've had them ready in 5 minutes, not delay again and again. You're not busy; there's no line at all. That's too long and ridiculous. When I relayed our reason to switch to HEB, the Pharmacist HUNG UP ON ME IN MID SENTANCE! That's just fine. We will no longer patronize Kroger at all as this is just one of many things that have become so irritating in recent months. Your sales are too complicated to take advantage of, I've been overcharged too many times, the app is difficult,.... so we're just DONE. HEB is crushing Kroger in every way and you all seem least bothered by it.Update: The Pharmacist called us at 12:45pm to verify that we requested RX TRANFER to HEB. It's 2:15pm and HEB is reporting that she has just now faxed them over. WHY?!??!???? HEB called her before she called us! An hour and a half??? OmG... STILL WE WAIT ✋️ thanks Kroger!!!
