Larry is so kind and friendly and makes every effort to inform the customer of all their options. We first settled on Sealy Posturepedic hybrid and it turned out it just was not working for our needs. After about 60 days we took advantage of the 101 day free trial and returned to the store. Luckily Larry had added the mattress since our purchase that was the perfect fit for us. We purchased the Wink Luxury Firm. It arrived at our door in 2 days and Larry was at our house in an hour to unpack and install it, plus carrying away the first mattress. Service is awesome! “It was my first time visiting Ashley Furniture. My only issue was the insistent sales person running my credit to get a card even though I advised 3 times I could pay cash. She did so without telling me she was doing it. Once it was ran, I didn't want to go to another place and have a credit inquiry. I dont have an issue with the service or the furniture. Just the issue of almost forcing me to take out more credit. Maybe take that in to consideration next time.”
