“It was my first time visiting Ashley Furniture. My only issue was the insistent sales person running my credit to get a card even though I advised 3 times I could pay cash. She did so without telling me she was doing it. Once it was ran, I didn't want to go to another place and have a credit inquiry. I dont have an issue with the service or the furniture. Just the issue of almost forcing me to take out more credit. Maybe take that in to consideration next time.”

“ASHLEY W. is absolutely AMAZING!!! My family drove 40-min to visit another vendor to buy mattresses, but when we saw this site we figured let’s take a look here as well. We were greeted with upbeat and friendly Ashley. We explained what we were looking for, for my mom which was going to be a separate order from mine. She not only listened to what we liked but asked how do we sleep and were they any issues with back/side etc., pain. Once grasping all those details her knowledge gave us such insight that we never knew before. My mom’s purchase went off without a hitch. I had to put mine on hold first as I was pending furniture order but she gladly gave me a quote. The very next day I placed my furniture order and was eager to do the same with my two mattresses. Unfortunately Ashley was off that day and Robert was on sight. The experience with him was less than satisfactory and let’s just say had we encountered him the first day none of use would have been making a purchase. His short comings didn’t stop me from meeting with Ashley to make my purchase the following day. She is an absolute gem and Mattress Firm is blessed to have this one of a kind lady on their team.”
