“I needed to purchase a hospital bed for my wife and I had a short time frame to get it done. Sandi was very helpful in explaining what I needed and helping me with a mattress recommendation. They were very responsive in meeting my tight timeframe. On delivery day I had to make an adjustment in the timeframe, again they stepped up and made the adjustment no problem. Steve was great in setting it up and explaining it to me.
