Hours: Quest Diagnostics at Woodlands Med Plaza 2 MH offers routine lab tests, blood and urine testing, pediatric specialty services, and glucose tolerance tests. COVID-19 antibody testing is available by appointment. The waiting room is small, but there is additional waiting space toward the front of the building. Scheduling an appointment is highly recommended over walking in, as appointment holders are typically seen very quickly. While walk-ins can experience short wait times, visitors should allow extra time for traffic and are advised to park in the parking garage in front of the building.
