“This is not the store to sell your items
I don’t know if it’s just my style or what but I brought it some decent clothes didn’t expect them to buy everything but they tried to purchase 34 of my items for $2 a piece.Mind you the shirts they selected were some Travis Scott, Harley Davidson, Y2K Nike and other popular name branded items.
I expected to be lowballed for sure but $2 an item is ridiculous.if you just want to donate your clothes this is the spot for you.
Staff seemed cool and the store is nice so I won’t 1 star ding you but for people who want to sell your clothes save your time and don’t leave your clothes here…”
“I was in the area browsing for DVDs, when I came across this little gem. The owner is super nice and friendly, and the store has a lot of really cool little things for very cheap!!! Definitely come check this place out if you haven’t!”

“I don’t know what some of these reviews are getting at I just had the easiest drop off of my life. I went at lunch time and they were nice and super fast. Two men unloaded everything for me and even said they would have vacuumed out my car if they had one available! The only thing they wouldn’t take was the lightbulbs in my lamp, but they removed them for me. No they don’t take baby items for risk they may be recalled or expired, and that’s fair. 5 stars, really nice people.”
“This is a hidden gem in Conroe! Must have shopping experience to find gently used items like clothing (including maternity and baby), household items, and furniture. I love getting to walk around and check out what new items are available. They also have incredible deals and staff that are super friendly! Highly recommend this resale shop!”

I see quite a few people in the reviews complaining about inventory or pricing. When it comes to inventory they can only sell what is donated. It's not as though they can order fresh inventory and have it shipped from a distribution center.
When it comes to pricing, it all depends on what you're looking for. I don't shop for clothing there. I used to buy CDs there, but then the prices went up. They went up because people started buying CDs again. Why wouldn't they raise prices if that's the case?
I don't buy dishes there because $X.xx per plate is an expensive way to buy dishes. Better to just get a set.
Here's the thing, you have to treat it like an estate sale. You walk in and poke around. If you see something you like and the price isn't bonkers you buy it. If you think the price is high, you don't buy it. It's pretty simple, really.
Regarding the staff - they've always been friendly to me. I saw one review that was skewering an older Latina who is working there. I know who that reviewer is talking about. I chat with her all the time. She's just a sweet lady who is as nice as can be.
At the end of the day, it's a Goodwill. The prices aren't any crazier than any other Houston area Goodwill that I have been in.”

“Bummed they moved all of the children's books out of the children's section and placed them on the bottom of the regular book section. If you want to look at kid's books you have to practically sit on the floor. A pain in the back.”

“The selection here is great. Lots of unique items. The prices are a bit high but I feel like its comparable with goodwill prices, but goodwill is priced high too. The cashiers were nice and helpful. I found more cool unique things at this store versus other thrift stores.”
