“I went yesterday to get a new battery, and the agent who assisted was Pete. This guy deserves employee of the month, and when they say a little can go a long way. Well, he proved it 100%, his customer service was phenomenal. I'm not much into giving tip$, but in this case, I would have. He was very impressive and made a thoughtful comment that with how things are going on these days, he left a really good impression. I wish every employee had his customer service.”
“I have memberships to Sam's and their obvious competitor. I prefer Sam's. Prices seem a little lower and if you want mushrooms for stuffing, WOW. I also like that they don't restrict credit/ debit card use to one major brand.”
