“Bea was professional, courteous, and thorough during our military housing walk-through. She took the time to address our questions and ensured that all concerns were documented and explained clearly. The process was efficient, and we appreciated her attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Bea, for making the walk-through experience smooth and stress-free.”

“5 years. Neighborhood seems really safe. Can't put a price on peace of mind. Maintenance is pretty prompt to respond to issues. All the windows are very drafty so it gets cold when its cold outside and loses AC easily in the summer.”

“I am a previous resident of hunters crossing and would refer anyone to them. They are nice apartments, in a good part of Wichita Falls, and around fun stuff to do, as well as having a welcoming, homey feel. The staff are truely amazing and take care of their residents. Would recommend to anybody!”

“This review is from my experience in 1990. I was in the Air Force for tech training. I was married so my wife and I needed a place for 4 months. This place was great. What i really remember was that when we moved to our next base in Phoenix for more training, we didn’t have a forwarding address. However, someone from the apartment complex found me, somehow. Evidently I was owed a refund and the apartment made sure I got that money. I’m not sure anybody else would have done that. So, this is a late thank you! We really needed that money! What a great experience.”

“Great place to live!! The office staff is amazing and always so friendly! Laundry rooms are always clean. The apartments themselves are clean, and they are serious about spraying for bugs, and i very very rarely see any bugs even outside in the breezeways. I really can not say enough good things about this place! The pool is nice and they are strict in making sure people from surrounding apartments do not overrun the pool.”

“Processing fees are rediculous. It should be one flat rate when paying rent through portal. And it shouldn’t cost no more than $5.00-$10.00. People aren’t that rich. Most live to just keep a roof over their head. It would be nice to have a flat rate. No matter what the cost of rent is.”
