“Been a resident here for a while. I'm on year 12. Still happy with my time here. Current staff members are nice. Having covered parking comes in handy during heavy weather, and peace of mind with security gated community. I don't ask for much, so when I need something they get me taken care of quickly. Needed a replacement fridge, and it's very nice! This apartment community is still quiet overall and peaceful during my tenure. I get along with all the neighbors I've had over the years, even all the new ones I have now. Maintenance is great! They handle my concerns in a timely fashion. 5 of 5 stars with my level of been satisfied with my tenure here.

“Great place to live!! The office staff is amazing and always so friendly! Laundry rooms are always clean. The apartments themselves are clean, and they are serious about spraying for bugs, and i very very rarely see any bugs even outside in the breezeways. I really can not say enough good things about this place! The pool is nice and they are strict in making sure people from surrounding apartments do not overrun the pool.”

“I was given a very short notice from my previous apt complex and came to Tealwood. From the get go both ladies in the office, Carlee and Sharmeana did what it takes usually 2-3 weeks and got me an apartment. I was so thankful and happy. Every time I have been in the office both ladies greet and talk to me. The maintenance men here are on point as well. I am so glad that the heart they have and the job they did for me worked out so well!! Thank you ladies, I love my apt and hope to be here for a loooong time!!???????.”

“I’ve lived here six years. They are very well run apartments. Maintenance people are excellent. Office staff excellent. Fast, friendly and very efficient. They regularly have open house gatherings in the office area for all the residents with things like hamburgers, hotdogs etc. Any neighbors that I ever met were always friendly. It’s a nice place. I like it here a lot.”
“I love the apartment manager Laurie! She is one of the few apartment managers that truly care! She is communicative and sweet. She works so hard and everyone around her can see her dedication! We need more people like her in this industry!”
“My dishwasher and garbage disposal was on the outs. I have home health and didn't want the 2 to be at same time. Instead of waiting which I conveyed to office was fine, they sent maintenance over within an hour!! Not only did they fix the problem, they worked within my schedule. Other apts that I have resided, I have waited 2 days to get my one and only toilet fixed. Polite and speedy with a smile. What else could you ask for? Thumbs up.”
“Been here 5months so far . Normal issue with pests yet they due regularly pest control days. Residents are friendly and staff is adequately friendly and available when needed. Monthly rent is great...”

“I am a previous resident of hunters crossing and would refer anyone to them. They are nice apartments, in a good part of Wichita Falls, and around fun stuff to do, as well as having a welcoming, homey feel. The staff are truely amazing and take care of their residents. Would recommend to anybody!”
