The employee where rude fist guy I asked if he knew where they kept the AirPods he didn’t even say a word to me he just pointed to the place and looked at me rudely then went back to laughing whit his co worker then the other guy who sold me gen 1 AirPods didn’t seem like he even cared and was being all rude wen I said I’m looking for gen 2 AirPods and all he did was say which ones I said gen 2 again he said ok brought out a box and said these are the gen 2 this guy for real sold me AirPod gen 1 wen I specifically asked for gen 2 it wasn’t till months later that I couldn’t return them someone had told me they where not generation 2 AirPods they where in fact the gen 1 AirPods because of the way they charge Gen 1 AirPods that can’t even be Tracked by how close you are by it now I’ve lost both of them all I have is the case can’t even look for them because they don’t have the distance thing on find my which is more helpful than the audio that won’t play if I doesn’t directed or is literally already dead. To bad this is the only Best Buy here.

The appliances are so much less expensive than Lowes, staff is far more responsive, and the delivery fee and warranty is fantastic.

Won't let me write review for pixel bud pros I purchased. I will change this 1 star once you allow me to review the product I purchased. I have never bought a bigger collection of garbage. Allow me to write a review or I will put significant effort into selling against your company, I am sick and tired of corporations like you bullying people like this...it's time you get a taste of your own medicine

My appointment was canceled without my knowledge. It was by happen chance I found out. Awful customer service. Don’t try calling the store either. Avoid this place. Go to McKinney or anywhere else.

We had to make a return trip. The "repair" from last week didn't last. This return didn't last long. So we have concerns if this "repair" will last longer.

Mario helped me and my finance feel confident about our decision in buying the PS5, iPad Pro, and accessories for my iPad Pro! I told Mario I was starting a business, and he was able to match my personal & business needs to figure out the right set up for me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind throughout all of my “silly” questions and indecisiveness. We left in love with our products, and will look for Mario in the future. Hire more like Mario!! Thank you for everything.

Went in to buy a TV and sound system. After 30 mintues of waiting for an employee, no one came over to help. I walked across the store to ask for help, but no one came. The store was not busy and there was atleast a 3 to 1 employee to customer ratio. The gentleman at the front was rude, and seemed to be doing absolutely nothing, but couldnt be bothered to help us out. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
