Today, I received another spam call from their 'investor team'. I have made in perfectly clear that I'll do what I want with my money and to STOP calling me. Why they even calling me, are they monitoring my accounts? Every time I go there, the staff is rude, well Not as bad as at Mckinney TX where I got escorted out for trying to my annual deposit of coins and argued about it. Either though they have signs stating 'coin shortage'. I was supposed to have it rolled. Also, I received horrible service at Denison TX branch as well.
Call me one more time Chase... and In will close my accounts. You need me, I don't need you!
Also, on July 21st 2024, only one ATM working and 6 people in line, so I left. I tried to call Sherman TX branch and complain for the spam call today 07/25/2024, and was directed to Chase's main number, hence, I'm here and woll and behold they have a 2.5 star rating. Big Surprise There!

Never have change available. Nobody seems to be in any hurry. Drive through lines A) aren't large enough for a dually pickup truck and B) take forever to get through. Have been banking at this location for multiple years and have consistently had issues.

Awful!!! I needed to do some business on an account that I am a joint member of, but needed make sure my mothers name was on it. I have a POA for her as well. I have used the same POA and done business on her behalf at a branch in Dallas, and had no problem. However, the “greeters”, who I will call “lobby blockers” insisted on having their legal team review the POA. They said they were very busy and couldn’t help me without an appointment anyway. For the time the 3 lobby blockers interacted with me, I could have concluded my business. So, made a copy of the POA and sent me away. Then their legal team rejected it. It is the same POA document for the same person that I used in Dallas! They are giving me the run around & no answers, just excuses. Now, I will have to get my mothers attorney involved & have to pay him to get them to accept the same document the Dallas branch already accepted. HORRIBLE, INCONVENIENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNNECESSARY ROAD BLOCKS.
Follow up: After their Legal Dept reviewed, hassled me, then finally approved the POA, I was finally allowed to make an appointment. I show up and one of the same lobby blocker girls asked who I was there to see. When I started looking it up on my phone, she tries to shoulder surf and see my phone screen and look at my personal info - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Once I finally got to meet with an actual banker, she was quite surprised out how unhelpful her lobby blockers were. She got her manager and the manager was also taken aback at how unhelpful they were and apologized profusely. She just couldn’t believe that the lobby blockers didn’t even bother looking at the account to see that I was a joint member, and I didn’t need a POA to look at my own account, nor did I need an appointment just to see who is on the account.
If the lobby blockers actually tried to help me, I would have gotten what I needed in about 3 minutes and left. Instead, they tried turning it into a giant hassle and send me running in circles.

The ATM machine on the southside is the filthiest nasty dirtiest ATM ever, I'm almost afraid to touch it. It has been like that for at least six months I know. You have to use that one if you are in a pick up truck. With all the diseases now Covid and everything going on please Chase clean your ATMs ??

This bank does not offer great service. You can never get someone to help you over the phone. You can walk in the lobby and not get noticed by any employees.

Very bad customer service. Didn't want to use the money counter for my deposit. She said "it's over by alot". After I counted it, it was only over two dollars!

Today 2/23/2024 around 3pm my husband and I came in to open him an account. He recently sold his company and we wanted an established bank that we could trust with this money (well into the 7 figures) as his current bank only has locations in another state. This is a lot of money for us to come into so it is incredibly important for us to trust and enjoy working with our bank.When we walked in the girl who stands in the entrance to assist people made eye contact smiled AND THEN walked away to talk a bank teller. I made eye contact and smiled at the teller several times to no avail. It was only after we turned to leave that the girl tried to assist us. This has been incredibly disheartening since I have banked with chase for quite a while.I know we weren’t dressed like we mattered but still everyone walking through the doors is deserving of some common courtesy

RUN from this bank. I deposited my check on Dec. 08, 2023. They sent me a email saying it wouldn't be available until Dec.19, 2023. I called to cancel the transaction. They told me they couldn't do that. Was GUARANTEED THAT IT WOULD BY AVAILABLE ON DEC09,2023. it is Dec 11, 2023 and is still not available. Then they restricted my account. I can't even use the funds in my account. My deposit is from a former Grayson County Judge. They spoke to him twice and still will not give me my money!

I like chase bank but not Sherman TX branch .They don’t know what they doing .It’s only one branch in this town and sucks.
