Terrible customer service. Most employees are rude. Supervisors do not try to actually resolve your issues. Company had our email wrong so we did not receive promotional gift card and they admitted to fault and still would not process. Paid for 2g internet for a year and didn’t even receive 1g. Also refused to refund....
