This company is unbelievable. Wi-Fi goes down out of nowhere. Trouble shooting doesn’t help, then when I set up an appointment for a technician to come out and fix it. They don’t show! Then expect me to reschedule to a date 4 days later!!!! I’ve already not had WiFi for a week. Then I can’t even speak to a representative over the phone because the AI, literally won’t let you. Terrible experience so far, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I’ve only been a customer for 3 months and my Internet is already down!

I’m extremely disappointed with Frontier Internet's billing practices. They cashed a check I sent for my bill, but the payment was never applied to my account. Despite the funds being withdrawn from my bank, my account still shows an outstanding balance. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I'm given vague promises that it will be resolved “soon,” yet nothing changes.
It's unacceptable to have my money taken and not properly credited. This kind of accounting error – especially when not promptly addressed – reflects serious issues in how Frontier handles payments and customer service. I expected better accountability and transparency. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend Frontier to anyone looking for reliable service and billing support. If I could have given them ZERO stars, that would've been my preference. Do better, Frontier. Thievery doesn't seem like a very strong business plan.

We recently had fiber installed and it’s extremely quick, which is great. I also talked with customer service this morning about the internet being out, and the man I spoke with was extremely kind and informational. However, the internet has been down for TWELVE hours today. We have three people that work from home, as i’m sure many other people do in our area.
This is an entire work day lost. Completely disheartening as a new customer.
I hope this kind of unreliability is not a current theme with Frontier in the future or we will not remain customers for long.

Frontier service is great while it is working, but the customer service is terrible, as are their website, app, and AI. Try to troubleshoot by following the directions on the website and are directed a video on how to identify the Frontier box on the wall, but no troubleshooting steps. Thank you, though, for directing me to a video that tells me to look for the Frontier logo; I never would have found the Frontier box without it. The AI will happily tell you that you need a service appointment, but just talks in circles rather than providing any help or information beyond scheduling the appointment. Try to login to the app and the password doesn't work. Reset the password and then get locked out of the system for security reasons when the new password doesn't work. Wait the 30 minutes to be able to login again and there is a system error and I'm to try again later. Try to login to the website, and I have an invalid email or password. Eventually the website will graciously allow me to login using the same credentials it has rejected for the past hour, and I see that the service appointment time is not the same as what the AI scheduled: evidently the AI works for them as well as it does for me, and even though the website will allow me to login, the app still will not. On top of all of this, regularly when there are outages, the website claims there are no outages in the area, which means that you can never tell if the problems you are having are problems that actually require a service appointment or are the result of an outage that Frontier either cannot detect or simply doesn't want to admit to. I guess when there isn't much competition in an area you can afford to do things badly because people don't really have options; every time I have an issue I miss Sparklight until I remember that they were exactly the same. I cannot imagine working in an industry where this is acceptable or being the kind of person who is willing to make a living treating people this way, but I guess it takes all kinds. So I guess I'll rearrange my schedule and wait three days, with no phone or internet, for my service appointment, all the while wondering if my service will magically be restored before then. And pay for the privilege of doing so.

Frontier has proven to be an unreliable Wi-Fi provider, especially when it comes to customer service and installation timelines. Waiting over two months for service is completely unacceptable, and their lack of communication only adds to the frustration. With no way to reach HR or management and sales representatives who are rude and disrespectful, it’s clear that Frontier does not prioritize customer satisfaction. Their poor service and unprofessional behavior make them a terrible choice for anyone looking for reliable internet.

I can't fathom why they have so many negative reviews. They are the best Internet service provider in the area. Speed, reliability, and quality of service are second to none at a fair price. Much better than Sparklight. They are especially great for anyone who has ditched cable for streaming services.

Terrible customer service. Most employees are rude. Supervisors do not try to actually resolve your issues. Company had our email wrong so we did not receive promotional gift card and they admitted to fault and still would not process. Paid for 2g internet for a year and didn’t even receive 1g. Also refused to refund. Do not recommend.

I've called 4 times to establish service in my new house. Address is not yet listed on Google maps but under Frontier logic, that means the address is not serviceable. I've called 4 times and gave precise directions to my house yet I never receive a call back or any type of communication moving forward. Only 2 providers service my subdivision so Frontier should know where this place is at. They ran their fiber there. Currently using AT&T All-FI so Frontier doesn't get my business anymore. You had your chance...4 times.

We have a newborn baby, so knocking and ringing the doorbell is a big no. We have TWO signs that state this issue and yet a man and a woman sales team came by twice today to continuously ring the doorbell and knock. On the second time today I went out to find them and all they could say was “I was so excited to talk to you guys. I’ll fall on the sword for this one.” While our baby is screaming inside after being woken up. Tried to call local office and a “Jordan” yawned while telling me to call corporate. Try to call corporate and you can’t speak to anyone unless you have an account. This is such a joke of a company and such a joke of a sales team. Do better.

If I could do zero stars I would. When we first got Fiber it was great. We had gamers and I worked from home and we had no issues. After awhile everything started lagging and being slow. They sent out a tech who walked around and didn't fix anything, said it all looked good and then billed me $150. My speed still sucks and I'm out $150 for nothing. 😡

I have frontier and so does everyone on our block but we are still having issues with salesperson coming up to our homes crossing fence lines ignoring private property signs looking in back windows and doors while parents are at work scaring young teens that are home alone us and our neighbors have seen their employees physically fighting in a neighbors yard right after they put in their fiber optics in sherwood shoes area right before dark claimed they're salespeople.. due to local crackhead activities they're putting their employees in danger sending them to our area we can't tell a shady salesperson from a thief when he's in someone's backyard and I can Guarantee that they are not welcome in our area because I know our block is not the only block to have such issues... most people move to our area to getaway from city and town life we don't want door to door sales or anything else along those lines the neighborhood is sick of frontier sending salesmen our way they can't even keep track of who customers are because the back yard the guy was just in is already a customers keep it up and our community will ban together and you will lose customers for your salesperson actions all the way don't believe me just ask the previous owner of the one gas station in our area we all stopped going there due to poor customer service we will do the same with frontier and make the switch back to sparklight no problem all we hav to do is talk to our neighbors and show the footage to one another the people of sherwood are getting very Aggravated and annoyed we moved here to find peace and your salesmen are disrupting the peace and crossing boundaries in the worst ways... what are you going to do when you're salesperson ends up shot or held at gun point because of their shady actions at the wrong house???? I know we have neighbors who would shot first and ask questions later because they can't tell your salesperson from a crackhead in their back yard... between myself and other neighbors I know you have had many complaints on the issue so just stop sending salesmen our way they're no longer welcomed in sherwood shores

Customer service is horrible. Everything send you back to the app which has chat AI which is useless. I have been trying for a month to change my service and it can’t get done because there are no live bodies available. Stay far away if you haven’t been sucked in by this service yet.
