I receive donations daily because I’m a professional organizer, and I work same business hours that they do and try my very best to get there in time to drop off. I had one box to give today and got there 5 min before closing, and the guy looked right at me and walked out of the back warehouse and didn’t come back. As soon as I started to drive away after standing there for 5 minutes hoping someone would come back, a lady came out of the office into the warehouse. Like it would have killed them to take one little box from me. So rude.

I think they have an issue with pricing. Just one example is some old cascade dishwasher pods that was open priced at $14.99.

Clean Store, overpriced. Glad my goodwill is much more reasonable.

$8 for a small glass jar? Plus, the scent box releasing a fine mist throughout the store made me feel very sick. I don't know who is pricing this stuff. It's laughable. I can go get clothes at outlet stores for better prices. I'll travel further to go to mom & pop thrift stores to avoid Goodwill these days. They've gotten greedy.

Whoever took over pricing items has no idea what they are doing $9.99 for a video game you can go down the street and buy for around $2 to $5 dollars is crazy

If you are going for the outlet, just be aware they are not like the other Goodwill outlets/bins. They make up prices when you put the items on the counter. At the normal goodwill bins, they weigh the items by weight… not make up prices as you go. I’ve never seen anything like that.

Always find good stuff, and it helps give people jobs that otherwise couldn't work. There aren't many sheltered workshops in our area and we couldn't do without Goodwills contribution!

Big store, well stocked. My only complaint is that this is a business, not a charity. The company makes millions based on your donations. I donate to the Salvation Army or local charities. Fortunately, Salvation Army is only a few blocks away.
