Ray was awesome. I wish I could say the same about the fraud prevention. Not happy with them or their logic. Verizon employees can't seem to tell fraud when they see it. Losers.

I walked into Verizon with low expectations due to spending the past 24 hours trying to add a line and upgrade a phone. Nate was amazing! So knowledgeable, relatable, and I genuinely felt he had our best interest in mind. He far exceeded our expectations! The manager was also very helpful. This experience redeemed our bad experience with phone and online system!

I had the best experience at this Verizon store compared to the last few I been to. I am truly great full for the help of Daniel to take the time to make sure my phone and watch were set up correctly. I will definitely be back for future purchases and items. Thank you to the Sherman Verizon store.

I hate to even speak on the subject due to the amount of disappointment I feel regarding the matter. Considering Verizon has the best service in my area, my family and I have used it for years, since 2018. I decided to branch out and off of my fathers account and it has been THE WORST experience I have ever had the pleasure of having to deal with. It has been almost a whole entire MONTH and I STILLLLL have not received the rest of my order, nor has my banking account been credited the money back, AND the customer service that I received from Verizon was hands down one of the most frustrating experiences of my life that is currently STILLLL taking place.

Corporate Verizon store with a Variety of products. I have bought a Motorola phone along with accessories & an iPad here between multiple visits over the past 3 years. The staff has various knowledge about products and services. They will get the manager or get on to find out what is necessary to take care of your needs. I have been happy with the service. I did have a phone that had a problem within the first 2 weeks. They worked with me to get a replacement & helped me get my data transferred to the new phone both times.

These guys are great! They go above and beyond for you and that's what great customer service is all about!
