I wish we still had locally owned pharmacies. Every time my phone rings from them i have to stop everything i am doing and hit prompts to get answers. if your calling me, tell me what i need to know. Feels like i am playing games in middle school. hey guess what? I'm not gunna say unless you put your tongue on the frozen flag pole. This place sucks rotten eggs.

Worst pharmacy experience. The woman at the counter was incredibly disrespectful when I was trying to see how long before my prescription would be ready. They never answer their phone so when you go in to check the status they act as if it is beneath them to help you with your prescription.

I went in on 3/6/25 and as soon as I walked up to the counter the lady said it will be tomorrow before we can fill your prescription before they even looked at it so I told her my husband just had surgery and needs these asap but she said sorry so I went to another drug store and they filled them but I had to pay for them because our insurance makes us use CVS so I’m going to change all our prescription to another CVS

No one to help, I went to buy stuff I needed, no one up front at the cash register, went to the back to see if I could pay, the people at the pharmacy just ignore me.. very poor customer service 11/14/2024 10 am

Absolutely ridiculous that you can't talk to someone in the pharmacy. There are 4 people back there and they will not answer a phone call. Call-back in hour. Wow

They are horrible. It’s hit a miss if they are friendly. The wait is ridiculous. I only use them because of my insurance.

I went to have medications refilled today. Although I normally fill them in Austin, they have at times refilled them for me here when needed. The pharmacist was completely dismissive and rude even after checking my profile and confirming they have in fact filled medications here for me when needed. I just said ok and put my head down and walked away. I will switch all of medications over to h.e.b and use them from this point on. Please stay away from this cvs. They dislike their job so much that they do everything they can to not have to do it.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. Went here to get passport photos for my baby. They went above and beyond to make sure the photos came out great!

Awful they lie about the law even tho i was on speaker with my doctor and he said absolutely not illegal to get partial scripts filled even if scheduled.
