The atmosphere is very organized and clean. While it can be difficult to get someone on the phone, the staff is generally very nice, and they understand that everyone has bad days sometimes.
I had to pay more than the shelf price using my insurance and then on top of that I couldn’t buy 1 get 1 at half price like it showed on the shelf. I had to pay full price for the second item.

The Silsbee staff is fabulous! They are kind, compassionate and very efficient in making sure all aspects of my RXs are covered. Giving 5 Stars is not enough for the fabulous service you all give!

Just got to be the worst Pharmacy on Earth the people are always rude short-handed and not patient with its customers especially the elders when one order should take no more than 5 minutes it takes 2 days I plan on seeking a higher authority for this place to report me
