We jumped down to use their restrooms. We were headed back to Louisiana. The lady I asked about where the restrooms were was really nice. The atmosphere was very organized and clean. I may have to stop in again when I have more time to walk around.

My experiences at CVS Silsbee has always been nice with the retail store clerks, however it's another story when using the pharmacy - they project an air of unhappiness and they often seem either overwhelmed by their jobs, or simply going through the motions of work. The prices tend to be higher and they have a nonchalant attitude about it. Last month a pharmacy worker yelled at a line of customers, "I have got to get home to my husband, I can only fill one more prescription!" We the customers looked at each other with bewildered expressions. This was a couple of hours before closing. I'm calling my doctor to change where I get my meds in the future.

I have been using this CVS in silsbee texasa for about 6 years now, at first , the customer service was acceptable, but now, it is absolutely horrible, I would give it negative stars if I could. I do not recommend any one using this place at all.

It’s really hard to get someone on the phone. It’s easier to go in if I have a question. They have always been very nice when I’ve gone in with the exception of one woman but that’s on her not anyone else. We all have bad days sometimes. Grace goes a long way.

Put on hold for 26 minutes then get hung up on only to call back and have the pharmacist be rude! CVS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The pharmacist was incompetent, rude, unprofessional and didn’t even come to the counter to speak to me. He spoke loudly from the center of the pharmacy asking me what I needed told me to wait and after waiting he said that my insurance didn’t cover the vaccination I had made an appointment for. He never once asked for my insurance info! He proceeded to inform me I had to pay $411 if I wanted the shot. I told him my insurance covered it and he said no, most do not. Mine does!Cigna covered 100% of it. I know because I drove over to Silsbee Walmart where they were friendly and professional. I got the shot (no appointment, no wait, no hassles). $0.He should NOT have been talking so loudly about my personal business so that everyone in the entire area could hear him. This man is so rude, I was speechless! We recently moved to this area, I’ve been going to CVS for 20 years in the Dallas area and I’ve never been spoken to in this manner or had my business announced for all to hear. My family will not be using your pharmacy. It is utterly RIDICULOUS to allow an employee to treat your customers like this!

By far the worst pharmacy in the state of Texas. They have closed the drive thew. The completely quite taking phone call over 2 years ago. Very rude at the counter, after your 1.30 wait in there line in pharmacy. It is complicated to change pharmacy. But not near as hard as it is to deal with this group of idiot's
