“I didn't understand the ratings when I looked at this location close to my work. I went to mail a package and I understood why the ratings were high. It was because of the customer service. The post worker was great. She helped me problem solve my issue pleasantly. I wish I would have gotten her name to give full credit.
The customer area is small, it would hold about 4-5 people but they would like only two at a time. Plenty of parking and the place is very clean and well lit.
I think this will be my go to post office in the future.”

“Cardiff Postal truly saved the day for me. After missing the post office by 10 minutes, I remembered I had visited this place one other time. When I googled and saw how late they were open, I headed straight there.

Not only did someone see me struggling to carry in the box I had to mail, plus my infant in her car seat and help me get everything in, but the two gentleman working were so kind and informative with helping me make sure my package was getting delivered on time.

It was just an easy process with very kind people. I will definitely use them first with any kind of mailing needs I have in the future.”

“I had an issue with my mail and I called to the post office and Anthony answered and took my information and said he would research it. A few hours later he called me to tell me that my box parcel key was placed in the wrong box and they had retrieved the box and placed it at my front door. As busy as this place is for him to go the extreme mile means a lot. Thank you!”

A Light in the Community – True Public Servants

I want to take a moment to give honest appreciation to the team at this post office. The people who serve here — from the front desk ladies to the older gentleman who keeps the place spotless — carry a spirit of excellence, humility, and kindness that’s rare these days. The management here is solid. The entire crew shows what true leadership in a community should look like.

In a time when many public services feel cold or disconnected, this post office stands apart as a beacon of consistency, joy, and care. My mail comes on time. I’ve never had issues here. And even if there are delays in the broader system, I never feel disrespected or neglected at this location.

The people here are God-fearing, morally grounded, and clearly take pride in doing their jobs with love and integrity. It’s refreshing. It’s honorable. And it deserves to be recognized.

“Whatever you do, do it heartily, as unto YHWH and not unto men.”
— Qolasim (Colossians) 3:23, ISR

In a city where I’ve had tough dealings with some leadership — still no word from the mayor, still waiting on $1,000 owed by the water district — it makes all the difference to walk into a place like this and be treated like a human being. Like a neighbor. Like a brother.

These are the kinds of people who should be leading cities.

Thank you to each of you at this location. Your light does not go unnoticed.
Blessings and shalom in Yahweh’s name ?
