One customer brought in a 2017 Chevy Colorado experiencing a road vibration upon acceleration. Riverside got the vehicle into the bay immediately, diagnosed the problem as tires out of balance and needing rotation, and confirmed the drive shaft, carrier bearing and U-joint were fine. A $50 tire rotation and balance totally removed the vibration. On the drive test, they noticed the truck pulling slightly to the left and recommended an alignment. Another customer had two tires mounted and balanced while they waited for $40. A punctured tire was handled by a super professional and friendly gentleman. An inspection took less than ten minutes. Riverside Service is awesome for any vehicle need.
