I took my vehicle to Riverside Service in Smithville, Tx thinking worst case scenario, transmission problem, drive shaft, carrier bearing or U-joint. Riverside got me into the bay immediately, and said my drive shaft, carrier bearing and U-joint was fine, the problem turned out to be the tires out of balance and needing rotation. On the drive test they noticed my truck pulling slightly to the left and recommended an alignment. $50 tire rotation and balance, the vibration was totally gone. I went to Firestone for a $129 alignment. I'm now back on the road rolling smooth and straight. Riverside Service is an honest shop and great customer communication. On my next automotive mishap, I'm going straight back to Riverside Service without hesitation! Thank you Riverside.”
