I transferred money into a friend’s account. The next day I was called into the bank and the branch manager and president of the bank started asking questions on why I did this. I was also asked to write a statement. About a week later I received a letter stating that they would no longer service my account and gave me 30 days to close it with no explanation as to why.

Every time I call needing to handle something in regards to my account, im transferred and left on hold for long periods of time - if i ever even get put thru to someone!!!! Horrible customer service and wait time is just ridiculous. Very annoying!!

Do not ever go work at prosperity bank. When you put your 2 weeks notice in the company doesn’t pay you the last 2 weeks. It’s pathetic.

Prosperity has changed their webpage, and now I can't log in to see my information. Called the bank 3 times and was disconnected each time when they transferred my call. The number on their letter is "not a working number", and the letter they sent isn't helpful. Just makes me want to move my account to another bank.

I tried using the ATM at prosperity bank on 12-5-15 and it was not working. It kept saying it could not read my card. So I went to another bank knowing I would have to pay some sort of fee for using their ATM. I was SHOCKED when I looked at my account and saw that not only did the bank that I went to charged me a fee but prosperity also charged me a $3.00 fee to get my own money. Needless to say I will be looking for a new bank home VERY SOON!
