I had a very specific item in mind to purchase that they didn't have on their show floor but offered to order through their catalog. They spent time showing me other options on the floor as well as in the catalog. Very kind and helpful.”
“Approximately 30 days ago, I went to Denver Mattress to purchase a bed for my elderly parents. Because of my mother’s condition, I returned to Denver Mattress to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I had to return the mattress and base that we had purchased to accommodate my mom. I met Mikayla Dolan who was an absolute God send. Mikayla went above and beyond and was able to take back the mattress and base and ensure that I was able to get a bed that both my parents could use. To top it off, she was able to get the bed delivered to us 2 weeks before the original delivery date!!! A true representation of excellent customer service!!! “They're nice to you when you come in, but they have a limited stock. Check your furniture carefully before you buy. Have a way to haul it home yourself. Do not buy anything from them on back order. If you cannot see it and have not checked it for damages, do not buy it. They are not a scam, but they need better management. They're just trying to make it work and they over promise and under deliver. Not a great combination.”

“this place offers very good prices on their merchandise. as i was filling out an order form i observed one of the coworkers talk to a current cust. very profesional and courteous. they have a ez money referal program. 1st referal you get 40.00 cash. after that its 60.00 cash, unlimited. no one can beat that! they also offer a 180 days same as cash on most items. thats 6 months to payoff. even after the 180 days they offer a 50% off your remaining total. you get great savings if you exercise those 2 options. i ended up getting a 65" tv. great low weekly cost and tv looks great in my livingroom. go cowboys!! i will be recommending people to reddoor.”
