“They're nice to you when you come in, but they have a limited stock. Check your furniture carefully before you buy. Have a way to haul it home yourself. Do not buy anything from them on back order. If you cannot see it and have not checked it for damages, do not buy it. They are not a scam, but they need better management. They're just trying to make it work and they over promise and under deliver. Not a great combination.”

I had a very specific item in mind to purchase that they didn't have on their show floor but offered to order through their catalog. They spent time showing me other options on the floor as well as in the catalog. Very kind and helpful.”
