“Approximately 30 days ago, I went to Denver Mattress to purchase a bed for my elderly parents. Because of my mother’s condition, I returned to Denver Mattress to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I had to return the mattress and base that we had purchased to accommodate my mom. I met Mikayla Dolan who was an absolute God send. Mikayla went above and beyond and was able to take back the mattress and base and ensure that I was able to get a bed that both my parents could use. To top it off, she was able to get the bed delivered to us 2 weeks before the original delivery date!!! A true representation of excellent customer service!!! No doubt that I will recommend Mikayla and Denver Mattress to my friends and family!!! Thank you so much Mikayla and Denver Mattress!!!”

We told him what we were looking for and within five minutes he showed me the Recliner that looked like one at another store that started at $1900. Needless to say, we bought the chair. “They're nice to you when you come in, but they have a limited stock. Check your furniture carefully before you buy. Have a way to haul it home yourself. Do not buy anything from them on back order. If you cannot see it and have not checked it for damages, do not buy it. They are not a scam, but they need better management. They're just trying to make it work and they over promise and under deliver. Not a great combination.”
