Very convenient bank because it has many locations but other than that. Consistently having issues with them messing with my money or adding fees on to everything. Not to mention that completely useless if you have a weekend emergency.

Horrible customer service from the branch supervisor Mariana. The lady that attended me first with my issue was super nice and friendly but the supervisor had a condescending attitude and instead of fixing the issue, she made it worse with her attitude. I was extremely disappointed and saddened since I’ve never had issues with GECU in all the years I’ve been a customer. I was shocked to see how a supervisor can provide such poor service.

It’s Friday and there is a huge line in the drive tru and inside , I waited about 40 min on drive tru only for the teller to tell me that the machine is not dispensing money , and I have to go inside to get my cash , and he already emailed his co worker about the situation . I go inside and then I tell the person inside the situation and she makes me take the long line of 28 people in front ,so I’m furious ,Then one of the managers I think , Stephanie ask what was the situation and still I had to take the long line inside even tho I already made a car line of like 40-45 min. I was standing for more than one hour in the inside line , I should have packed a lunch ?

Jessica R. was just overall rude and attention to detail greatly escapes her. I've never been asked about how many dependents I have under 18 when applying for a vehicle loan, overall would not recommend. Something that could have been done in 10 minutes online took 2 hours then she noticed that she made mistakes on key information for the loan, with staff like this why would you want to bank there.

My card got blocked due to an unusual charge. I come to GECU on MY own time, because it’s THEIR responsibility to prevent these happenings. I request a new debit card, for them to tell me that there internet is down and won’t be back in another 2 hours.. How is it my fault that my card got hacked and there will STILL be a fee for a replacement.My boyfriend also got hacked about 2 times already.. will definitely be moving banks. Very unhelpful and unprofessional staff.
