My friend who has an account there was assisted by Sergio, who was very friendly. This Socorro Branch was extremely busy, yet Sergio very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He provided copies of my friend's accounts and allowed us use of his highlighters. Grateful for his assistance!

They just don't understand the need to have faster service....specially during the peak season the 1st week of the month. 31 minutes in line...6 minutes for teller to come to the screen...
