“I am not a Cricket wireless customer; I just stopped looking for a case for my iPhone. Let me tell you this store has a manager by the name of Alonso with such an amazing persona, very friendly, attentive, helpful and courteous.
He put the liquid glass, tempered screen protector and a new case for me. Went above and beyond to help me register the warranty for them online. How cool is that. Good job Alonso, you deserve to be acknowledged for such a lovely job!

What really stood out was how professional and helpful she was while making the whole experience easy and stress-free. “I can't say enough good things about my switch to a Cricket phone. Hugo was exceptionally on the ball. He took care of everything possible. Their price is right. The Hotspot feature is worth the price by itself. I'm 74, and not very technical. I was in the best place to receive the help I needed that I might imagine. Thinking back through a couple of phones back, there is simply no comparison between them and Cricket. Customer service, the quality of the free phone, and a pleasant atmosphere. Can't beat it. My friend who referred me earned $35. She told me one time when her I-phone was on the blink, they fixed it like new in 2 days. If you're on Food Stamps, take your benefit letter with you to save 30 bucks. All in all, it's easy to see why they are so successful.”
