I told her to go eat her lunch first, and I would wait. She insisted on helping me immediately and eating her lunch later. I traded in my old phone for a new one. Victoria was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and courteous. “First I want to compliment you on your representative Mr. Pena. He is an excellent representative and extremely knowledgeable . Mr. Pena is very respectful and patient. This is very important. especially for me since I am a young 85 year old just learning new technology. Mr.Pena explained my questions and concerns very carefully to make sure I understood. He also made sure I understood and gave me the opportunity to practice on my own. That really helped to relax me since he noticed that i was nervous.
