Delia, one of the customer service representatives at the front desk who we deal with the most, is always kind, transparent with how the company does business regarding fees and rules and honest in answering all of our questions all the time. The price for the units are not that bad, but it’s the great customer service that goes a long way in our decision in doing business with NSA Storage located at George Dieter Dr., El Paso, Texas.”
