I arrived at SecureCare Self Storage office on Pebble Hills and was pleasantly greeted by both Lori and Delia. Lori immediately began asking all the right questions to gather information she would need to better assist me. She was attentive, knowledgeable, informative, efficient and above all, she was so professional and so courteous!
I was given a tour to see the property by Lori and I immediately noticed the impeccably clean grounds and the super-duper clean storage unit!
Of course, I made the decision to rent, not once, but twice. I currently have two storage units at two other facilities and I will be moving both over to SecureCare Self Storage at The Pebble Hills location because of the exceptional service received by Lori and Delia.”

The Manager, Chris, is accessible, highly professional and friendly. He emails reminders early each month to remind you your payment date is approaching so you are not late and subject to late fees. The service he provides is incredible.
It is without reservation that I recommend El Paso Storage Units in whatever location is convenient for you.”

They're great they have a great staff, the lady who works in the office, Rosalinda, is great, she notifies me when I have mail there and packages and even takes them in so that I can get them at my earliest convenience which is a great feature of this storage place one of the main reasons I chose this place was the ability to receive mail there.
