“This Location has been great over the last several years I’ve had storages here. I currently have 3 units and anytime I have had an issue Vince and Michelle were always so helpful with any situation. I have recently met Chaz and Jamie and they have great customer service as well. Over all the staff has been great the units themselves can use some more maintenance as far as making the doors easier to open.”

“I think that is a great place however, when you double the price in a year and a half that is unfair to the consumer. It is aggravating and price gouging! You paid the same amount for that building as you did when you first got it why is my rent doubled? What a rip off!”

Delia, one of the customer service representatives at the front desk who we deal with the most, is always kind, transparent with how the company does business regarding fees and rules and honest in answering all of our questions all the time. I would like to first and formost give a special shoutout to all of the employees prior managers etc, that has been involved with my mom and I's storage units LOCATED ON 135 N Resler Dr and N mesa st. Everyone has been phenomenal and so supportive and understanding of our unigue circumstances each time they arised. Now I want to specifically express great appreciation for this location's current store manager JACK. He is such a phenomenal professional leader and example to others, because of his compassion in the time of need. Everytime a emergency arised with a payment, he took into consideration our circumstances and worked with us. He always showed us support and understanding. He and another great staff member helped us stop our belongings from getting auctioned. In his absence his team member took charge of a very uncertain outcome and spoke to his higher chain of command to save our belongings in a moments time and was empathetic to us and our things. We were then able to successfully save our things and pay for our unit with a peace of mind to move out with ease. They are an amazing team and wonderful group of people that value their customers tremendously.”
