“Customer service is a lost art in this world and Vincent at the 5525 N Mesa facility is bringing it back in style. I had originally spoke with him about reserving a spot, after he had called me once I put my info via Extra Space's website. I should have only dealt with him. Long story short, there was a situation that needed attention. Vincent called me up, explained the situation, I relayed my concern and he was well aware of those concerns. Through his diligence, the situation was resolved and the professionalism and care that that man provided was far beyond any customer service I've experienced in years. We are very pleased with both units. Zero Rot on the wood floors, Zero rust on the exterior, Tight seals on the doors. The driver stated our property was one of the tightest he had to deliver on, but he was very professional and did an amazing job at getting his big truck onto and in our narrow access gate, and placing the container exactly where we wanted it. The manager Saul Soto was very professional , very friendly, let us know that they were repairing a gate that week , which was done very quickly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Damien and speaking with Monique and they were also extremely professional. Our experience moving in and moving out was fairly easy , and the staff actually returns phone calls quickly . My rv was kept in a covered deck , and I did not have any issues . I definitely recommend this facility , it’s also very clean , quiet , and has plenty of surveillance. Thank you!!”

Well, I went over and when I told Julie which size I wanted, se asked me what I was bringing in, and when I did, she said: how about I show you the size of the one you want. OMG! I would not have fit my things there. I couldn't thank her enough for showing me around ?. I told her that I would go the following day to sign and pay, and by 8:50 (taking into account that they open at 9) she called to let me know my paperwork was ready. “Me and my wife used this service when moving onto Ft Bliss and they were awesome. We had a 26' truck, and I was expecting it to take around 4 hours to unload everything and put it in the house. Our 3 movers did it in 2.5 hours. Not only was this a much better bang for buck, it really helped since I could only spend so much time away from my job. They also unloaded my motorcycle from the back with no problem. I "hell on wheels-ed" that thing up there and no way was I comfortable riding it down, but they got me taken care of. The only reason I knocked off a star was because they were supposed to call when they were on their way, but didn't. Other than that, phenomenal service.”
