I walked in knowing nothing about boots and Adrian was an angel with all the help he gave me. The staff were friendly and amazing. The prices may be high, but these are real authentic boots and they are going to last longer than you. I bought a beautiful pair of green boots with Adrian’s help. If I could give this place ten stars I would!”

“It was serendipitous that Cowtown Boots El Paso was close by to the hotel that we decided on to bed down after the drive from San Antonio. We stopped by Cavender's the day before and found their selection for hats was very slim, and felt that we would come up empty-handed and insatiated on our way home. The Cavender's shopping experience felt so consumer-based - friendly, but the bottom line was to sell a product. But, our luck changed, and we were able to fulfill our hat needs at Cowtown. We were able to make it to Cowtown with one hour left to closing on Super Bowl Sunday, keeping within legal speed limits, of course. ? We didn't at all feel rushed in the hour that we had. Jamie was extremely helpful, giving his best advice in choice of styles and colors in hats; he dedicated time and attention to our needs and questions. Not once did we feel at all an inconvenience to the staff at Cowtown. They didn't close the front door after our entry. Other patrons stepped in after us, and they received the same great service. The store is clean and massive with a wide range of boots, belts, buckles, clothing, and hats. It's impossible not to find what you need (or want) from Cowtown. The location is great because it's right off the main fareway along the freeway, and entering from the street and parking are pretty easy, too. They also have clean guest bathrooms, which was extremely helpful after a long drive. In less than an hour, we left with about 10 minutes left on the clock to closing, happy and satisfied. Between the two bigs in Texas, we choose Cowtown over Cavender's because of the family-feeling service. This special touch makes Cowtown so much more of a better choice over others. It's given that we are all busy, and we have objectives, but respecting and valuing each other's time are what make good business and lasting memories. Because of this, we look forward to stopping by to check out more of Cowtown Boots El Paso and share our adventures with Jamie.”
