“We had a really great experience at this U-Haul location. The owner, Joe, truly went the extra mile to help us. We were having an issue with the sway control for our hitch, and since we are heading out of town early in the morning to pick up an RV, we were starting to feel pretty helpless.
Joe stepped right up and found the tool he needed to fix it and make sure we were taken care of. His wife also came outside and reassured us that they were doing everything they could, which meant a lot to us.
It’s not every day that you find people willing to help like that. We are very thankful for their kindness and great customer service. Highly recommend this location!”

“Doing business was smooth. The crew was fast, efficient, accomodating, courteous and professional. Storage unit was super clean and safe. They have nice bathrooms in the office and magazines in the lobby. The only two things I'd knock half a star for would be the truck deposit cost ($150) and their open hours. You have to work their schedule when renting and/or returning a vehicle or else you may be charged for the next day when they reopen. Other than that it's all good.”
