“Service is unfriendly but I’m giving it 4 stars due to the vast inventory they have. The service is not too shabby but not welcoming either. The restroom was very stinky they should consider an automated air freshener. Very closed off and the walls the material the smell sticks a lot. They don’t have many toy selections. But in clothes they have a lot of selections. The cashiers were fast. The parking is ample but dangerous people drive crazy in this shopping center you have to watch your four at all times.”

It was actually my first time here and I will be back just because of her. She was also kind to my little ones. I always get nervous to go in make up stores because the way I view myself. “I went in November to pickup 2 online orders on separate days. What I've noticed is that people were parking in the online pick up spots and just getting off the cars to shop. I tried parking and following the email instructions but they said I had to get off to go to counter. I expected the line to be long since there was allot of cars parked in pickup parking and I was wrong there was one person ahead of me in line and the other time it was completely empty. I was able to walk right to the counter. So that's one thing I think Macy's has to work on because what's the point of the pickup parking if it's not working and I still need to get off. Also nobody is overseeing the parking outside.”

“I went in today on my lunch hour and was immediately greeted by Madison. She was extremely helpful. I was in search of a specific shirt I had seen online and normally I don't ask for help but because of her kindness, I did this time and THANK GOODNESS. There was one more shirt left that I had completely missed. She guided me straight to it and even suggested another super cute top. She is an exemplary employee. “A few weeks ago, I visited the Vans store to ask about the process for buying new shoes, because I bought custom shoes that ended up being the wrong size, and when I called Vans customer service, they couldn’t help. When I explained the issue, to Mario, an employee there, he told me to bring the shoes in, and he would work to get me a new pair.
Today, I went back, and Mario walked me through the process of ordering the correct size shoes. He also made sure I received credit for the ones that didn’t fit, and before I left, he told me that if there were any issues with the new shoes, I could bring them back, and he would assist me.
Mario’s has exceptional customer service, He is professional, respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful. I will be going back to buy from this store.”

“So I spent my youth in central Texas and one of my favorite things about it was the beautiful boutiques with unique quality clothing with a southern vibe. I had never been in this store until today and WOW. Such beautiful clothes! Colorful, unique designs and they have such cute fashion western boots that you won’t find anywhere. Gorgeous jewelry, cute accessories- and affordable. Apparently it’s a chain from North Carolina and it definitely has that vibe. It was so nice to stroll through today. I bought a beautiful clear bag for the Morgan Wallen concert I’m going to and some cute little earrings for less than $40. Highly recommend and wish we had more stores like this! Really isn’t anything like it in El Paso.”

“I went here for my first time. I have always struggled finding bras. Victoria secret never worked for me. And the quality was never good. The amount of choices in my size at Torrid, was amazing to finally see! The quality is unlike any other. The pants I bought were soo comfy. They have a nice stretch and are very soft! And I will say, the service is actually the best service I’ve ever had in any retail store. They helped me save tons of money on my purchases. The Employees are extremely attentive. Every time I needed help they were there and answered all of my questions. I ended up going back the next day because of their amazing service. Also I have never seen fans in dressing rooms. How cool is that! I can’t wait to go back. I’m addicted!”

“Line was waaaay toooo looking! Had to leave with out buying my single item I had in mind! Line went around the back of the store, clear up the isles and around the cashiers. What a shame. I think they should have cash lines, and, 1-3 items, etc.”
