I appreciated the excellent service. Perhaps before complaining about a business, put yourself in the employees shoes. They may not realize you are unhappy. Always explain, clearly, what you need/want and do an inspection YOURSELF. Don't expect perfection for $50. And don't drive away until you are satisified with the service.”
