“It is extremely difficult nowadays to find an honest and experienced mechanic shop that takes their time to make sure they do their best to diagnose and fix the problem correctly, while giving you options. Ken and Nancy were amazing !! Our jeep had an upper oil pan leak, among other things, because the prior shop we used were neglectful and used the wrong parts. “In today's world it's hard to find someone trustworthy and not out to bamboozle you. I found this shop based off a tik Tok review. I called and spoke with Paul about possibly needing an alternator replacement due to a scan done at AutoZone. He told me to bring it in and he would take care of me and diagnose it for. He did a complete scan checking all of my systems and found nothing wrong. He was patient and explained things to me. Being a woman it is easy to get taken advantage of in this type of scenario however Paul was honest. Despite not needing any work done at that time I would definitely recommend him and this shop for your repairs solely based off this interaction I had. They also have financing and will work with you to be able to get what you need done. I will definitely be calling them if Need be down the line.”

“We were having issues with our battery after the winter storm that rolled through Texas. We had replaced the battery on our own, but it wouldn't hold a charge and we feared the worst with the alternator. They quoted us a steep price because the part was on the expensive side. When they came out to look, they found that the bolts weren't holding right on the battery, tightened them, and made sure our battery was working fine. Lo and behold, that was the only issue. They charged us strictly for the fee to come out and to reshelve the part, and all in all, it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than if they had just replaced the alternator and called it a day.”
