I have been a EZPAWN customer for as long as I can remember with many experiences both positive and negative. However my expierence with Mrs Wes will definitely go down as my most favorable memory at ezpawn to date. I would like to say thank you to Mrs Wes and to ezpawn. You made my wife as well as myself very happy and have impressed me. Thank you.”
“Great store but the girl with all the piercings has poor customer service and it seems like she doesn't want to work cause when I needed help changing my payment date she told me I couldn't do it all I could do was a 72 hour extension but I easily went on the app and did it with no problem just have to go and pay in the store but everyone else is great in that store I just do not recommend asking for her help cause she will not do he best to help you”

“Kind of hit or miss with the stalls but there is GREAT live music here! Like, I swear there were more people showing up as the day went on simply to come for the music! I was here from 12-4pm on a Saturday (a day that isn’t very busy anyways) and people just kept showing up to get a $4 beer and dance.”
“This is my safe place! The staff is very helpful and sweet. Always willing to check inventory and walk you over! Target is rather new for me as a shopper, but the CVS within the store is convenient. Pharmacists are all gracious. The Starbucks is a nice touch especially when they can bring your drink to drive up pickup for your Target purchases.”

I’ve been trying to pull a number from a different company for the past few days, I went to another location and they told me everything should be good but I never received the eSIM activation, so I went back again and they placed another order without success, I called costumer service and they couldn’t help me either. I ended up going to this location to find out why the transfer wasn’t successful, Armando got on the phone with customer service and for couple of hours until he fixed the issue and finally I was able to get the line added to my Verizon account….I really appreciate the help, that’s a top notch customer service!”

From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to my needs. “I've been a loyal customer to your store for years and I have never been late with my account but if you get just a little late with your payment one time and you will have a call from the account's manager giving you the 5th degree making you feel like you are a deadbeat that doesn't want to pay, not to mention that I had already called and made arrangements to pay!!
