There was an issue with spacing they were helpful with making it better, then we realized after receiving the order that her last name was misspelled. I called staples and they allowed us to trade the order in with the corrected spelling. In our 3 trips to Staples everyone was very helpful and called to communicate with us. Julien was great! They offered to get my art work from the last guy that did my cards and when he accepted to give them my art work that I had paid for already and then rudely denied to pass over what I paid for they went ahead and took care of it for me with out an issue.
