“Great selection, good stuff, good staff, and easy to navigate. It is usually 30 percent cheaper than HEB for the same ítems. The house brands are excellent. I am dairy allergic, and they have an assortment of dairy-free cheeses, spreads, dressings, and treats at reasonable prices.”

“Things to know before you go!1. Bring a quarter for the wheeled shopping carts,2.My daughter enjoys being polite and offers to return the cart for someone if they are finishing up unloading.2. Bring your own reusable grocery bags. (Insulated for refrigerated items.)I've shopped at several ALDI locations. Decent prices and quality selection. Some better quality and higher end products. It's kind of like a hybrid cross between Whole Foods, H.E.B. and a convenient store. With a little better prices on some stuff.Really like the quality of the produce and meats, most of the time.? many relatively locally made and organic made.”

“Great little store for light shopping or on a budget. I'm the kind of person that likes my groceries bagged a certain way so I LOVE that I get to bag my stuff myself. Also, they have some items that I don't find at other stores so sometimes it worth coming here. I just recently discovered cappuccino cups that I'm in love with. No other store has the brand they do! Dislike the fact that I always have to make sure I have a quarter though”

“Pyburn's is one of the few meat markets in Houston that has chicken boudin. I forgot this location was here until I did a search for boudin and it came up. I was impressed that this little meat market/grovery store has 4-6 self checkout lanes with a monitor who is happy to assist with issues. The guy behind the buthcer counter was very helpful and nice! I got my chicken boudin, a box of crackers, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The area is a little sketchy, but they have security for the vast amount of parking. I've been back a few times.”

“Wanted to try some marinated chicken. The reviews were not bad and it was close enough to me. I am white and at that time, the only one in the store. I only mention that because everyone was super nice but my spanish and their english didn't translate well. I need to get a grasp on some spanish. I will be going back because the chicken was really good. Also a small cafe which looked pretty good.”

“This is our neighborhood convenience store. It's where I pick up a can of Celcius (or restock the White Claw), purchase lotto tickets, and purchase the occasional lemons, limes, avocado and other produce when a trek to Combat Kroger isn't worth the time. The employees are always friendly. Aside from groceries, inside they also have a mini taqueria, gaming machines, and clothing (hats and other apparel).”

“Small grocery store that has all your last-minute items (fresh vegetables, canned goods, etc.). The meat department is great for those looking to get preseasoned meat, and the seasoning is fantastic! On the side is a kitchen with fantastic "homemade" Mexican dishes (arroz, frijoles, menudo, caldo, etc.).”

“This is my go to little store. Its the closest convenient store to my house.I've been stopping by this place once a day or night forever. They are cool. I like the staff, especially the owner or general manager dude whose been there forever. He's like super funny. The lady in the morning is great. She's been there a good minute too. I think she started in the kitchen when they was trying to do food service. She is very helpful and I appreciate her going out of her way to help. There's a few other staff members and all in all they are all great. They got everything I need here. I get my ciggs and beer. Grab some candy and gas. Maybe a soda and love the frozen cotton candy or watermelon drink.”

“Convenient but I do not like the fact that much of the merchandise does not have a price tag, that would make this place a lot better because I wouldn't have to keep asking the employees about the prices.”
