“The Palms Resort has outstanding customer service and we’re so grateful for them! We had some last minute issues come up with our infant and they helped us out immensely. They were caring and made things stress free. We are excited to book at the Palms Resort South Padre Island again this fall!”

“Room was nice and clean, and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to most food places on the island.”

“We stayed here from June 1-4, 2025, and loved almost everything about this resort, but we were surprised at how old the building was. We thought it was a brand new Margaritaville, when we first booked.”

“Very clean, peaceful, and we'll organized place. It's one of our top choice when coming to Padre. We have a large family with littles and we feel very safe here. You won't be disappointed.”

“We booked the 3 queen beds room which had a kitchenette and a pullout sofa in it. This room was very spacious and nice. The room was at the backside of the hotel which was not too far from the beach access walking trail. The hotel overall was a great choice with reasonable prices. The breakfast was pretty basic (cereal, muffins and waffles) and a very entertaining fellow in there that prepares the waffles for you. The pool is ok, loved that there is a kiddie pool perfect for toddlers. Only dislike is that the rooms can get pretty sandy especially with small kids. If these bigger rooms had a small broom and dustpan in there that would’ve made it amazing.”
