“Great atmosphere and excellent service. The Mahi tacos were amazing. The jalapeño hush puppies weren't bad, but I would like more of the jalapeño flavor to pop.The Chicken Rockefeller with grilled zucchini and potato is also very good.Would highly recommend this place for a date night and walk on the beach after.”

“Didn't stay here but used the pool. They let non guests use the pool if food or drinks are ordered. Pool was heated and clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.”

“This is my first time coming to this resort and it's not disappointing. The views are perfect. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is great. The Cabanas need better sitting sofas but overall its a great place to stay.Food & drinks: The menu should have a better variety of sea food. For example, oysters”

“Great place to stay and at reasonable prices. The property looks almost new, the rooms are adequate in size and have a bathtub, the air works perfectly, and they also have windows that open to ventilate the room a little. The hotel smells very good, 0 humidity. The pool is cold as expected in winter but they have a very large jacuzzi. The included breakfast is basic but of very good quality, the parking lot is spacious and well lit. It is located in a beautiful area of ​​SPI, you can walk to a wide variety of restaurants, the main pier (where there are fair-like attractions) and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. It's next to a Dollar General that closes at 10pm. The staff treats you well but could be friendlier. I'll definitely go back there.”

“Recommend booking direct, not thru a third party! Booked in July for trip in November. Turns out pool was under renovation. Fortunately Management approved an ocean view room to compensate the unexpected disappointment. Breakfasts were great, location is awesome, and Staff were friendly. On site food orders were great also.”

“The grounds are very well kept and close proximity to the beach. Two pools (not heated) with jacuzzi and nice seating. Plenty of nice amenities from tennis courts to a toddler playground. It is a resort style gated property with staff and security so you will be wearing a wrist band during your entire stay for the staff to easily identify their guests. Would of preferred to be able to change wrist band since our stay was long but at this time, it is not offered. Each condo is decorated and furnished differently. Some are more updated than others. Our group stayed in the same condo last year and it was in excellent clean condition. This year the washer was not functioning properly and the plumbing in one of the bathrooms need repairs, toilet did not flush and shower there was no pressure. The cleanliness was not up to par as the previous year. I bought cleaning products to clean bathrooms and areas and get the hairs from previous renters out of bathroom floors and showers( not just a little- it was an abundance of gross). Maybe the owners changed cleaning agency. Definitely not what we expected for the high dollar price that was paid. Be aware there are multiple fees in total purchase which is not uncommon with rentals buy through booking it seemed higher than our previous rentals”

“We rented a 2 bedroom condo and stayed on the 11th floor. It was fabulous and decorated and furnished nicely. Very comfortable. Great view of the ocean and when you walk out you can see the bay on the other side of your condo so views in both directions. It was clean and not smelly like other reviews said...no carpet to hold any smells. Pool was fine they cleaned it each morning to get out palm tree leaves. The pool area feels tropical as its landacaping is lined by palm trees. Tennis and pickle ball was so much fun. Walking distance to many eating choices. I was worried about other reviews but glad I came! But we also missed the wild spring break crowd. The bar tender showed us a video of the college spring break 1st 3 weeks of March is wild no chairs at the pool area...all standing room only.”

“This is our 3rd visiting this hotel all the way from IOWA . Everytime we are treated the BEST ! This time we brought out 4 children for EASTER . The staff very much shantel was awesome surprising the kids with Easter baskets in the lobby from the bunny . They helped us with everything needed and prior to coming communication was excellent on there facebook page. The best place we been for many reason but the staff is the best ! We will be back again !”

“One of the only hotel stays I've had in all of Texas where i didn't see one cockroach in the room the entire time, and i stayed four nights. The air conditioner was ice cold, the bath water was hot, and it's a very short walk to beach access. If all you need are those things, a comfy bed and a fridge and microwave that work and are clean, this is your place.”
