Isla Grand Beach Resort is a popular destination for both families and couples, offering a pleasant stay with direct beach access and beautiful views. The resort features well-maintained pools and an inviting atmosphere surrounded by palm trees. While some rooms and condos may need updating, guests generally find them clean and comfortable. The staff receives high praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall experience.
The location is convenient, with many food options and entertainment within walking distance, but the resort is not universally regarded as a four-star establishment, with some reviews suggesting a lower rating. Drink prices at the pool bar can be high, and there have been instances of billing discrepancies. Dining options include a bar with good food and a restaurant serving similar menu items. Guests appreciate the quality of breakfast served, though some have noted a lack of variety in dining options.
While there are some complaints about room cleanliness frequency and occasional service issues, like long waits or rude staff members, many visitors still enjoy their stay and the various activities available on-site and nearby. Overall, Isla Grand Beach Resort offers a solid vacation experience, though some guests recommend considering other options for future stays.
Awesome spot with outstanding beach access and beautiful gardens and pool area. We will definitely be back and I have recommended the place to family out of state already.
