He was also very knowledgeable about each model of the CX-5 and the available options on each. The buying experience was very easy and quick. They even gave us a fair amount on her trade-in! I just may return to get one for my wife as well. My daughter loves her new car!”

“This place is amazing great customer service over the phone an even better person my name is Jacob I took my 2012 Chrysler 300 for brake check and when I mentioned I was on my lunch break they immediately offered to give me a ride back to my job, if I wanted to have the front and rear brakes changed and would have my car back within an hr so since I just didn’t have the time today, I figured the least I can do is right and honest review about the great experience I had and can’t wait to go back tomorrow and actually get that done.”

“Hey Google Community, I wanted to take a moment and rave about a service that my friend experienced! The customer service was exquisite as each customer received their own table space in addition to a bag of candy while they wait on their service to be completed. The air condition issue that she went in with was handle in a timely manner. As a bonus, they sent her on her way with a car freshener, key chain, AND a car visor!! I definitely encourage anyone to check out their shop when experiencing any car issues for a reasonable price!!”

“Jesse made sure I had a full written report on the maintenance work done and the price was very reasonable. I had taken my Kia to the dealer on 3 visits and asked for them to check for a leak in the window washer line.It never got fixed, so I took it to Lonestar as recommended by my Grandson. Jesse diagnosed the problem and told me the cost to repair. I agreed and they kept the vehicle overnight to make sure the leak was repaired. I now have the documentation to go back to Kia dealership for something the should have found while the vehicle is still under warranty.”

He is willing to brainstorm and offer solutions. I decided to change somethings up after the initial install and Chuck was more than fair with me. Honest shop, honest owner, quality work and close to home. Couldn’t ask for much more. Don’t hesitate to stop by and talk with him if you are thinking about any upgrades to your truck or SUV.”

“I needed a coolant reservoir tank and radiator fan replaced on my 2017 Kia Rio. I found Signature Auto through a Google search. I had checked with a handful of places. I was quoted anywhere from $560-$720 from both automotive chains and independents. Signature quoted me $492. They had 4.8 stars with Google, so I thought I'd give them a try. First off, Liz, who works the front desk and gave me the quote, was very helpful. She called me every day they were open to keep me updated. They had the car for 5 days, but the delay wasn't on them. They were to receive the part from Kia, but Kia had to order the part and they were delayed getting it. Once Signature had the part in hand, they finished it by 2 that afternoon. We picked the car up today and everything looks great. The next time you need automotive work on your vehicle, give Liz a call at Signature Auto. They will be helpful and fast. They're located in Euless on Ector right off of 183.”
