“I had a really good experience with Christian Brothers Automotive! Everyone there was super nice and helpful, but I especially want to shout out Scott for helping me throughout the whole process. He was really nice, kept me updated, and made everything so much easier. They worked on quite a few things on my car, including my spark plugs, charcoal canister, fuel injectors, and rear shocks. I also really appreciated that they had a shuttle that took me home so I didn’t have to worry about calling an Uber, which was a huge help. I’m really happy with the service I received and how well everything was handled. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive, and if you go, ask for Scott!”

“I've gone to this muffler shop multiple times and always have a good experience customer service wise. I had to come to them a few years back when my muffler got loose on one side and was making a weird noise. They got it fixed very quickly. Was also experiencing a weird noise in the back of my car more recently and my family was convinced it was my mufflers. The first time I went I left without still really knowing what it was (bc they said it prob wasn't the muffler based on how stiff they were) but I went back a few days later bc I was still puzzled and I believe the owner it was offered to ride with me in my car to hear the noise and help me figure out what it was. Almost immediately he said it was a bar of some kind in the back of my car and low and behold. After a few weeks I took it to a shop and had that part replaced and it hasn't made the noise since. I really like this shop. And will continue to go here for any muffler related issues.”

He took the car buying process down from a whole day back in December with Toyota to one hour since the only thing I had to do was sign and drive. I told Lance what I wanted and he executed! Never been so pleased at a dealership process or the one representing them. Will return not just for service but also other cars.”
