“Although we ultimately did not have any repairs completed, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with this shop. My fiancé and I were in the middle of a cross-country road trip when we started noticing issues with our vehicle. Wanting to be safe, we took it to the nearest shop, where they thoroughly inspected it and informed us that the car was unfortunately no longer operable.
What truly stood out was the kindness and support we received from everyone there. They allowed us to keep the vehicle at their shop for a week while we figured out how to get it back home, and the staff went above and beyond to answer questions and help us through a very stressful situation. A special thank you to Ethan, whose professionalism and compassion made a difficult experience much easier. Being stranded far from home was overwhelming, but this shop restored our faith in good people.
