“I have been a member since 1998. DCCU has financed 6 automobiles & 1 boat. They also provided a Visa Card & savings. I live in Texas, I kept my checking account at a local Chase Bank. I have never had a hassle with the Tellers or local Loan Officer. However, I believe there is slight disconnect between the main branch in Atlanta & some of their CS representatives. If I moved beyond the commute distance from the local branch, logistically I would most likely close the account. Best regards...”
