Getting to know Secoyah Shaw, the Banking Center Manager, has been the biggest blessing for me. She is truly top notch in handling all that I need but the really special thing about Secoyah is her Servant's heart. She always has a beautiful smile when I walk into her office and she knows I am a hugger so she accommodates me each time I see her. =)

Customer service on the phone AND in person is 10 STAR. They know me by name at the drive through before ive even sent anything up. They walked me through unexpected issues (on my end) with such kindness and compassion. I would 100% recommend this bank and this specific branch to everyone.”
