“Ziglar Inc. has been blessed to do business with Prosperity bank for several years. At one time we officed in Dallas and used a different branch but when COVID hit, we made the decision to work from home. There are so many blessings working from home but little did I know that the Grapevine branch would be right around the corner from where I live! I must say, that getting to know the employees has been such a joy! They have all been very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Thank you! Getting to know Secoyah Shaw, the Banking Center Manager, has been the biggest blessing for me. She is truly top notch in handling all that I need but the really special thing about Secoyah is her Servant's heart. She always has a beautiful smile when I walk into her office and she knows I am a hugger so she accommodates me each time I see her. =) We have developed a relationship over the years and she is the reason I love the Grapevine branch. I can't imagine banking anywhere else!”

“Some people might not like this bank because they are not really big yet, but whenever I step in staff is always genuine and helpful. I`m a traditional guy when it comes to banks, I like to see people in front of me. I have been using this bank for months and I have never felt a single second feeling left behind. This feels like a private bank. I was very surprised when I first came to United States and was trying to get a bank account and they made the process much more easier than usual. They really are Independent! I will probably use only this bank all my life. They know your name when you step in! I was in a different branch when I first got my account and the manager of the bank gave me her business card and told me that I can call any time whenever I need something. I`m looking up to being a partner in this bank some day. Great attitude!”

“A waste of money. I've had to pay a $65.00 service fee twice because they send a company that can't diagnosis the problem. It's there way of making a profit. Run the other way. I followed up with the VP of Real Estate Sales and within 5 minutes responded that she plans to issue me refund. Following up with someone can pay off.”
