A 10 year client- transferred all assets to Robinhood. Why? Terrible service when I need it. This firm is for older folks that want to “sit and forget” about their money. I’ve repeatedly received bad instructions from brokers that cost me. Finally had enough. This review is related to online and not the B&M.

I met with Nicholas today and opened an IRA. I was very pleased with the customer service of this branch and Nicholas was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and makes things easy to understand. He walked me through how to roll over my 401K and made the whole process fun.
