“Had a great variety of items to choose from and I actually found the items that were on sale I was looking for. My friend had never been to an Ollie's so she was like a kid in a candy store LoL. We hit every Isle and we both came out with a shopping cart full of goodies. If I'm ever in the area I'll definitely be back to this location”
“You kinda have to know what you're doing when you get something from five below. I've had a few dud purchases, but the staff has never given me a hard time if I need to make a swap or something. I have a lot of fun getting items and testing them out to see if they match up to more expensive brands. My most recent failed test was the $20 robot vacuum that only seemed to go in circles and didn't stray too far from the same circle. I was hopeful for the random directions and picking up what it could. My latest positive was the $25 35lb adjustable kettlebell. I really like this thing and it's been used daily since. Just a couple examples.”
“Always a good experience at this location. I've ordered curbside pickup for a few household items and the staff is friendly and helpful in loading to my car.
I love going just to browse and see what new treasures I can find. I can spend up to 2 hours just browsing.”

“We stopped in for a quick visit on 3/4/25 prior to heading to DFW Airport to fly back to Seattle, Washington. My daughter enjoys shopping at this quirky discount chain store. Most items are priced under $5.00. Some few items are priced up to 25.00. They offer a variety of merchandise such as children’s toys, swimming gear, sweet ? candies, chocolate, assorted snacks, clothes, make up, Hello Kitty, home goods/decor, Fitness gear phone accessories and so much more!
The store was clean and bright. I was able to purchase a travel mirror $3.00 and some sweet candies:
-Violet Crumble $2.50
-Necco chocolate wafer $1.50
-Necco assorted wafer $1.50

“The crowd on Fridays have the tendency to bring some of us out of character....but hey don't touch me and I won't put my hands on you!! JS! The manager and staff here are pretty amazing! The most helpful and knowledgeable would be Constance (best staff associate) and JD (manager)! Their ability to manage such a high volume of customers while maintaining great service is truly impressive. Five stars for an outstanding experience in a busy environment!”
“Let me share my experience at Popshelf in Keller TX! Peggy, Store Manager and Kalie, Customer Associate assisted me with balloons for my daughter’s 19th Birthday. As Kallie was blowing up balloons for me one of my balloons slipped out of my hands and sailed to the ceiling. Kalie used a stick with tape stuck to the end to retrieve my run away balloon. Not only once but twice. Guess what else happened!! The helium tank ran out of helium and the ladies had to find a way to open the lid of the next available tank. Quick thinking Peggy found a tool to open it and she was back to blowing up balloons. Let me tell you the service here is absolutely amazing and I will definitely come back to shop!! “Dee is so helpful and friendly.
She doesn't hesitate for a second to help me from reaching to the item on high shelf, or going to the back and brings more boxes of merchandise and helps me find the size I need.
Today, I come early in the morning. Last time,I came later, there was so crowded in the store, the staff were always overworked.
They only schedule 2 employees at the time.
I'd like to make a suggestion to the upper management. If you want to protect your inventory, you should schedule 2 more or at least 1 more employee to help them out.
Thanks Dee for making my shopping stress free today.

“I normally would shop at the Dollar Tree in Lewisville, but last time I vowed to never again go there. It's a filthy dirty mess! Soooo, today I drove to this location and they have me as a customer for life. It's spacious, stocked, organized and clean. I know better now than to shop somewhere that's disgusting to be in.”
“I have 4 bug dogs and toys are so expensive! I come here to get footballs, soccer balls etc. Considering they go through them so fast, Five Below is my go to for my furbabies toys! Great prices and awesome selection.”

“Well stocked, clean, and organized. The staff is very friendly, conversational, and does their job well. Many other reviews comment on waiting for cashiers. While this is true, staffing is determined by the company and not the people working the registers. An employee told me she’s been making $9 for years. I wouldn’t be sweating my ass off to check people out either. ??♀️”
“I really like this store, but I'd love it more if it didn't always look like it was about to close for the night no matter what time I go in. Plus, this last time I went in, some of the staff were being loud and running around playing with each other. I'm all for having fun at work, but their behavior was a bit distracting.

“Ken was very helpful with the helium balloons. He explained where to see the samples and wrote down the numbers of each one. After a few minutes they were blown up and ready. He was friendly and helpful. Great employee!”

“I go to Aldi for the majority of my groceries. I saw something that was pretty neat to me they have a brand of German beer there that has been brewed since 1436. I will include pics. $6 for four pack of imported German beer. not bad!!I don't drink beer so don't ask me how it taste.”

“Went in today to grab some food items and MAN, I was blown away by how organized it was. I didn't get her name but the stock associate's (African-American woman with the glasses) merchandising skills are top notch. Everything was neat, clean, organized with the labels facing front. You just don't see that type of attention to detail very often. In addition to the cleanliness of the store, all the associates were friendly and approachable.”

“A really great store! The people are always amazing, and they have some awesome stuff. It is a little annoying that they have such a small incense supply, and that is my main reason to go there, outside of gifts for people, but I mean it's not really even a huge market so I didn't really expect it to, other than that several other locations had a lot. It's still not something I would take stars off for.”
