“Adria the sales manager at Southlake was so sweet!! I had an outfit we bought in Traverse City, MI for my mom as a Christmas gift and had lost the receipt. I tried to exchange or return it at the University store in Ft. Worth and the lady assisting me was so rude. She treated me like I was an idiot and kept repeating their store policy to me over and over like I didn't understand the first time. Needless to say I just walked out of the store with the clothes in hand. Thank goodness Adria has a higher IQ and could understand my request the first time without any difficulty. She was an absolute sweetheart, ordered the right sizes for my mom, and even had them delivered to my home. I highly recommend the Talbot's in Southlake!!”

“Packed full of great stuff, clean and organized. Trendy, quality denim. Amazing self care section. Great storage and bedding. Plenty of childrens clothes and toys. Heck, even the jewelry counter was huge. And still they had plenty of clearance items available. Definitely you will get better options in the good neighborhood over here ?”
“If I could, I would give them 6 stars. We arrived in Grapevine, TX on Tuesday evening, June 2 for our granddaughter's wedding on Thursday, June 4. My wife had spent several weeks picking out her outfit including shoes and purse to match the color scheme.
My wife's ensemble was a gauzy fabric with some sort of brocade material on it. As she was hanging it in the closet at the hotel, she saw a tear in the gauzy fabric at the shoulder which would be clearly visible. The stress level skyrocketed.
Sooo, Wednesday, June 3, we went in search of a replacement ensemble. That brought us to Chico's in the Southlake Town Square. There we found Bev and Kim who adopted my wife and immediately began refitting her. Their care and caring was remarkable.
They outfitted my wife with a complete new ensemble. We got to the wedding the following day and she was beautiful (as she always is...).
Kudos and many thanks to Bev and Kim. If you are in need of top level professional dressing, seek them out. You will not be disappointed!”

“The clothing from Johnny Was is worth the price point. I have 2 items from many years ago that I get compliments every time I wear them. Yesterday I went in, selected a number of items, went to lunch, came back and tried them on. Am delighted to own 3 new pieces, one of which I’m donning now and have received many compliments just this morning. A huge shout-out to Michelle and Larissa - kind, helpful and lovely. “So I went here to shop for a few pieces, and I was very impressed with the discounts and the sales, but I was surprisingly a little disappointed and some of the prices of their jewelry I couldn’t get over how expensive it was now this is the jewelry that’s in the case. It is a place to go to and look for some great sales, but the atmosphere feels very almost the old store Kmart like it’s not very aesthetically pleasing.”

“I can’t say enough about this location. I love the parking. I absolutely love the store. This is my new store. I just moved here from Little Elm. The sales associate went above and beyond for me helping me pick out the best outfit I could for my daughter‘s 25th birthday. I also really enjoyed their jewelry. I was looking for a pair of jeans. I did find them here and I got a silk blouse to go with it. That was just beautiful and I’ll be wearing it a lot. The jeans are very comfortable their bellbottoms and high waisted and they stretch and was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.”

After years of struggling to find bras that actually fit, they finally set me up with cute, comfortable pieces that fit perfectly.
