Sleeveless dresses in the Texas heat became my personal favorite, especially as I enjoyed compliments!”

“Adria the sales manager at Southlake was so sweet!! I had an outfit we bought in Traverse City, MI for my mom as a Christmas gift and had lost the receipt. I tried to exchange or return it at the University store in Ft. Worth and the lady assisting me was so rude. She treated me like I was an idiot and kept repeating their store policy to me over and over like I didn't understand the first time. Needless to say I just walked out of the store with the clothes in hand. Thank goodness Adria has a higher IQ and could understand my request the first time without any difficulty. She was an absolute sweetheart, ordered the right sizes for my mom, and even had them delivered to my home. I highly recommend the Talbot's in Southlake!!”

“For the past couple of years I have gone to Chicos on line to order tall jeans. It always seems I am unable to order a tall in my size. So, January 4, I was in the Southlake Chicos store and decided to ask about this problem. The 2 associates who I so wish I would have remembered their names immediately began to help me by locating my tall jean from other stores to be sent to me. I received them yesterday and they were perfect, meaning in tall lady language, they were long enough. Thank you so much for your friendly professional assistance. I am grateful.”
“I needed to find a dress for a wedding. I'm curvier, so I asked an associate for assistance finding a size large. She was very kind, but she informed me that of the 20+ dresses on the rack, they only keep one size large out on the floor. The rest are in the back. Very strange policy. The dresses are beautiful though, and I ended up finding one.”

“I can’t say enough about this location. I love the parking. I absolutely love the store. This is my new store. I just moved here from Little Elm. The sales associate went above and beyond for me helping me pick out the best outfit I could for my daughter‘s 25th birthday. I also really enjoyed their jewelry. I was looking for a pair of jeans. I did find them here and I got a silk blouse to go with it. That was just beautiful and I’ll be wearing it a lot. The jeans are very comfortable their bellbottoms and high waisted and they stretch and was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.”

“I've never had a bad experience at this location. I shop here often since Vineyard Vines is one of my absolute favorite brands, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They always offer water and are quick to help find anything we might be looking for, which I really appreciate. However, they can read a room, and will back off and let me shop when I'm focused and need space.
The selection is decent given the store's smaller size, but the quality of the clothing never disappoints. Between the friendly team and the dependable brand, this location continues to be one of my favorites to shop.”

“I love shopping at Aerie — it’s a beautiful store with stylish, comfortable clothes that make you feel good. The vibe is always welcoming, and I appreciate the body-positive messaging.
That said, as someone who’s on the shorter side, it’s really frustrating how limited the in-store options are for petite sizes. Leggings, for example, are often way too long — practically dragging on the ground. I was told to just order online, but after trying twice and never receiving my order, that doesn’t feel like a reliable or fair solution.
Petite shoppers shouldn’t have to blindly guess what might fit or be forced to shop online when others can try things on in person. Inclusivity means carrying styles in-store for all body types — not just offering them as an afterthought online. I hope Aerie considers making more inclusive sizing available in-store, especially for petites.”
“When I walked in today 6/21/2026 Natalie was very attentive and quickly asked me if I was looking for anything specific and when I told her what I was trying to find she immediately had two recommendations! Both were great and when I was trying my garments on she was there to give helpful feedback, make adjustments, and help me decide which worked best! When they didn’t have the color I needed in store she was quick to have it ordered for me and sent to my house. Soma has gained a new loyal customer in me today due to their high quality products and service!!”
