“Love this store. Only issue is that one salesman seems to try and push everyone out the door so quickly. Went in memorial weekend and the salesman said they aren't letting people try stuff on. Roughly 30 seconds later, another gentleman walks in and another salesman immediately starts letting them try stuff on. Not sure if we just aren't being taken serious but I've bought something at this location every time I've been there. Hope to see this get improved.”

They also are not pushy at all and will let you just look around if that’s what you want. I highly recommend checking this place out and the great selection of clothes for men and women. “Normally, I never go out on Black Friday for obvious reasons, but a Talbots email regarding new arrivals for Black Friday coaxed me out. In particular, an adorable Christmas sweater! Luckily, the Talbots Southlake location had the sweater in my size and I was able to take advantage of the Black Friday offer.At first, I wasn't sure the store was open, as I did not see any activity. Much to my relief, the store was open and very nice inside, with a great layout of all items for viewing. The lady who assisted me was very nice and helpful. I definitely will come back to this location for future purchases.”

“Everyone in this store deserves a shout out! From the manager all the way to the sales associates, I have always been greeted kindly and received top notch customer service. Who doesn't want to shop in a place where your business is valued and the staff gets personal joy out of helping you choose clothing and give styling advice? I recently had to make a sizable return because I had ordered multiple sizes in various items before a business trip. I needed to make sure I had the right size to choose from. I was graciously helped with the return, something I normally dread doing at some places. The ladies are a team and they make you feel like you are visiting good friends who want to help you look your best. This place is my go to when I need something new for an event or just fun. I will continue visiting this Southlake shop for the "EVEREVE magic".”

“For the past couple of years I have gone to Chicos on line to order tall jeans. It always seems I am unable to order a tall in my size. So, January 4, I was in the Southlake Chicos store and decided to ask about this problem. The 2 associates who I so wish I would have remembered their names immediately began to help me by locating my tall jean from other stores to be sent to me. I received them yesterday and they were perfect, meaning in tall lady language, they were long enough. Thank you so much for your friendly professional assistance. I am grateful.”

“I’m giving this location 5 stars solely based off of the store manager, Kelly’s, customers service.Initially, I was helped by another associate who seemed uninterested in problem solving an issue with me regarding a return. The encounter felt cold and like “there’s nothing that can be done” because the return item was a final sale product. I was extremely disappointed as we had the original tag and receipt but understood store policy.My entire experience was turned around and Kelly made my trip absolutely worth it. The inventory and cleanliness of the store overall deserves 5 stars.Again - shout out to Kelly!”

“Manly Maxxinista here. Yes. Dudes. Calling all dudes. We need "stuff" too. I only buy my clothes here at TJ Maxx. Great selection at less than half the cost. Not wonky fit clothes or irregs, the real stuff, just for less.See the pics? Yep. I drink cocoa and eat lots of oatmeal for my health, so I need to boil water and don't like wasting time. So I kettle. Found this kettle for $69. I checked Ebay and Bezozon. Ebay had it for $99. Amzon had it as low as $98, but as high as $198. Same extact model. I got brand new at TJM for $69. I could put it on Ebay, but I like it, and I didn't see a second. So I'm on the hunt.If you Ebay, you often find a deal you can flip at TJ Maxx. I usually keep my deals. I'm just too cheap to give away a great deal.I also come here because I love to cook healthfully, and that means using spices rather than salt. TJ Maxx has a whole section of exotic spices you won't find in most grocers. I even found my champion cast iron skillet here.Being a Maxxinista isn't just for the ladies' fellas. Get in here, save some money. Get more stuff for less bucks. That's more money to spend at Lowes and Home Depot.Hope you all enjoy the holidays. I'm looking forward to an even more joyous 2024.”

The cashier was extremely unpleasant & stubborn with her lack of customer service. So be aware — based off other reviews I’m ready today…if you aren’t having a positive experience with spending over $700 at this location. Ask to speak to aManager & hopefully Clarissa or another co-manager of hers can help show their staff how to professionally assist the clientele.”
