“I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. The guy gave me an estimate for the generic brand screen or the apple brand. It's $150 less. He Let me know generic wouldn't calibrate and I might get a pop up message. Anyways. It's an older phone so we replaced it with the lesser cost screen. I'm very happy with the result so far. No error message pop ups. Also the estimate was up to 2 hrs for repair It was complete in 30 minutes. This business cannot be seen from the street. It sits in the plaza near cooks next to Cristina's.”

“I had the experience of going to this location yesterday to get my phone activated and return my old phone to a UPS shipping store. The women that helped me {Ana} was very helpful and gave above and beyond customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the services and what offers I had to upgrade my phone plan with resetting my phone. It was one of the best experiences that I have EVER had with AT&T. From the service over the phone getting my new phone, to her exceptional help... I would highly recommend coming back to this location as well. It's a nice layout store and very clean as well. If, you ever need assistance with anything Apple, I would suggest getting Ana to help you out with anything you may need help with! I would also like to take a brief moment to thank the manager Cody, for helping me out as well because he came over to check in with us & making sure that I personally was taking care of and taking our trash from the products I purchased that we needed to get rid of the access I didn't need anymore. You have a wonderful store and your employees are nothing but friendly and very helpful, so keep up the great work and if I ever need any additional help with any products or services, I will be coming to this store. Thank you again for all the service that was provided to me and I hope all your customers see what great work this store is doing for customer service!”

“We were well cared for during our visit. From a kind greeting to being looked after right on our appointment time. The two people (Victoria & Tony - both 5 stars) who looked after us were awesome! The only place the store might improve is their internet speed! We forgot to update one of our devices before our appointments so it needed to be done…. It took over an hour! I know this is a super busy store, but it’s an Apple Store! You think they could have a little faster internet…. Just make sure you you make an appointment for service, and don’t forget to update everything before you get there…”
