“Manager willing to go out of his way to help me. I came in to use the self serving printers, and unfortunately they were not working properly. I got pretty frustrated, and let the manager know that the printers weren’t working, probably expressing a little less patience than he deserved. But he was incredibly kind and understanding, and went out of his way to try to make the situation right and to give me the information I needed. That type of kindness really goes a long way with customers, and in the end, I appreciated it more than I was frustrated at the printers.”
