“I do advertising projects in different cities and states that involve using a sign printer and I always try to pick a local one. Over the years, as one can imagine, I have encountered varying degrees of quality and service. I buy a lot of signs so I know what questions to ask and what constitutes a fair price.For one particular project, I visited several in Lewisville, TX. One printer tried to gouge me on price while another one quoted me more reasonable cost but they seemed unhappy with their business and their life. Then I found Signarama...1) Very professional and very friendly,2) Very good pricing.3) Top Shelf quality on the signs I ordered.4) Signarama is a large franchise group BUT the owner in Lewisville, Mark, is a LOCAL guy running a LOCAL business and he's just really great to work with!5) Melissa did a fantastic job assisting me with some graphic design work.6) Fabian was so professional and so helpful on several different occasions. Example: After the order was ready, I called in and asked him to drill some guide/starter holes in 3 large signs I had purchased. He was gracious and accommodating and the holes passed my OCD test- and that's saying something!7) They all seem to take pride in and enjoy what they do.Bottom Line- Anyone looking for signage in or near Lewisville, TX should absolutely, positively call or go by and visit Mark and his team. “I'm a police officer and went there to have my uniform awards mounted. Met by a very friendly woman who took care of me. To my pleasant surprise she told me it would be ready the next day. I asked for the price and she said $25, which is about half of what I was expecting. I called the next day to ask if they took credit cards, and she greeted me by name when she picked up the phone (they do take credit cards). The time to complete was amazing. Price was great. Customer service fantastic. Very impressed.”

“An executive assistant ordered business cards and other print materials for Clawson Clinics about 2 years ago. Our logo, brand, & colors were pristine! We then placed another order, upgrading to a thicker card with the highest quality of texture. The tactile sensation of the card was very welcoming. A couple of years passed, and we needed to reorder the same card's print and artwork. The person on the line was very professional. She found our older orders, and we are ordering a bunch more stuff. “I used FedEx for our event we had at the Hyatt Regency. Let me tell you—the service was awesome! Despite being unable to get things shipped out by their closing time Friday, the hotel staff brought my stuff to FedEx who then shipped it out the following week.
The service at this location is incredible and definitely made the process of shipping all of our stuff back so much easier.
And while FedEx is always a pain, the staff here made it feel easier to manage and did their best to assist with what I needed.”

“Edit: I’m not sure why people are posting a 1 star for not knowing the address or for the store being busy and not conversing with you, but everyone here gets the job done, gets it done well, and lets you get on your way. When they are busy, they can’t sit there for 5 mins to ask about your day. They are trying to get your package to where it needs to go fast, so just work with them and take a chill pill.
Great service! Scotty assisted me today, and he was an absolute gem. I came in with a bunch of random objects I needed shipped ASAP and he helped me put it all together nicely and packed it up in a timely manner with attention to detail and love (and packing paper). He also taped the box up way nicer than they usually do, even getting the corners and he was polite and friendly. He informed me of all my shipping options to get it there on time and helped me with the tracking process info as well. I don’t always go to this store because it’s far from me so I was weary at first, but Scotty put my uneasiness away in the first encounter.
The store was also clean and stocked, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

“I would give this location an 11 if I could! We had a very last minute project that was executed swiftly and beautifully. Roger even stayed open a few minutes late to accommodate my lack of directional skills. Roger was also very communicative, easy to work with and never made me feel like my project was a nuisance, even given the tight time frame. The quality of the sign was excellent. FastSigns saved the day for sure. Great experience from start to finish!”
